You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. This applies to all purchases of Bio Vita Complete.
Unopened Bottles: If you have not opened the bottle, we will accept the return and issue a full refund.
Opened Bottles: Per standard food supplement regulations, opened bottles that have been used may not be returnable. However, we will review each case individually. Contact us if you have concerns about your purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us within the 14-day window:
Please provide your order details and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.
Shipping Cost: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to our error, damage, or defective product).
Shipping Address: We will provide you with a return address when you contact us.
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the package and product. If approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days of receiving the return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as cash if you paid the courier in cash - contact us about refund arrangements).
The following items cannot be returned:
If your product arrives defective, expired, or significantly damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will either replace the product at no cost or issue a full refund.
You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. After shipment, cancellation is subject to the return policy above.
Consistent with consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days for any reason, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.
